What We're About
Who We Are
Not a day goes by that someone in our lives is not impacted by cancer in some way. As a society we need to fight back against this disease and say “enough is enough!” To do our part, we are hosting the 11th Annual Kicking Cancer in the Cornhole Tournament on September 21st at the Franco-American Civic and Social Club in Windham, CT. All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the VJP Foundation, to help and support local families affected by cancer.
Our History
We started the tournament in 2013 as a way to raise money and give it directly to families who are impacted by cancer and need help. Over the past 10 years, we have raised and donated over $100,000 to aid families in Connecticut as they are battling cancer. All proceeds from the tournament will be distributed by the VJP Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Daniel and Megan Pichette to give money and support directly to families and individuals in Connecticut who are dealing with the effects of cancer.
